Would you still take her?

My 13 month old started with a fever Monday night (101.9) and continued until Tuesday evening with Tylenol only temporarily bringing it down to around 100 and then it went back up as soon as the medicine wore off. She’s also barely eating any food. We called to get her into the doctor but couldn’t get her in until today (Wednesday) at 8am because the other available times on Tuesday were after her bedtime.

Now this morning her temp is only 99.0-99.5 but she’s still not eating as much as she usually does. Would you keep the appointment or cancel it?
