So a few weeks ago I was told that there was another job position in the same facility and I was next in line to take it and not even thinking i jumped on it and said said yes. I am so happy about it because I do get paid days off for alll vacations and holidays (i dont in the position im in now) but going through the process has been very stressful and when I call HR and they don’t call me back so that they could tell me more about it last I heard they were waiting for the approval of if it’s going to be temporary and go into permanent or Started off as just permanent (Which I was never told in the beginning so I’m a little mad) and the job starts MONDAY. if it’s temporary I won’t get you paid vacation and holidays right away which to me would be pointless to take because I don’t get it with the position I’m in now. I would think with the job starting in a few days they will call me But no they’re just gonna throw me in there Because that’s how they do things. So now I just found out that I’m pregnant and the job starts June 3. I’m not sure if I should take it if it’s going to stress me out this much I do like the two ladies that I’m going to be with but I’m sad to leave the girls im with now because they are more my age and im used to being with them and talking about stuff with them and I just feel like I’m gonna be miserable and stressed and it might harm my pregnancy. I just do t know what to do and i only have a couple days. Not to Mention there’s three weeks left till school and they’re taking me away from the kid I’ve been with since last summer which baffles my mind and he gratuates this year (they are so backwards) Any Advice? If I go to the director I don’t even know what to say! I’ve been there for two years and I know they like me.

*Im a 1:1 aide moving up to a paraprofessional position* also It’s only going to be a 50 cent raise It’s not a big jump in pay lol
