Am I in labor?

I seriously have no idea. Last night I started having leg cramps in my thigh/butt that it hurt. Along with that I was having mild like period cramps with what seemed like BH. Throughout the night I couldn’t sleep much at all. I was very uncomfortable with constant back pains, rib pains and again what I thought was BH contractions. But this morning it’s worse, either way I move I feel nothing but pain in all those places. I can’t get comfortable. I can’t really sleep. It hurts to get up and walk when I need to go pee. Idk what’s going on. I have a dr appointment in a few hours and I don’t know if I’ll be able to drive there. I should also mention I’m having shoulder pain to. Everything hurts.
