Dark Brown discharge

I’m 12w. Since yesterday I have brown discharge when I wipe. Today morning, the discharge was a bit heavier (it was in my pants when I went to the toilet. Other than the occasional dull period cramp, I’m not in pain.

I’m booked in for a doc appt this afternoon and have my first scan tomorrow so I will know soon.

But since this morning I’ve been preparing myself that this could be a miscarriage, and I can’t stop crying.

Has anyone been in this situation?
