Help ???

Question

My son can possibly start school this fall and im nervous to send  him. Im so worried cause hes very hyper and if you dont have really good patients he will frustrate people. Also i have anxiety which is making this process harder for me. I dont know these teachers or what thier habits are and not just teachers but staff in general ...  How did you mommys deal with your toddlers first day of school.
  He will be 3 when starting school, hes very smart and social and i know he will love it but mommys nervous.

I play with mine before i send him to school. He is 5, was in kindergarten this year and I would always do something with him to work out some energy before he left for the day. It means getting up a bit earlier in the morning, but it was totally worth it to me not to have a call from the school that they were having issues with his behavior. 
I’ve had luck with: 
-having him run (we have a long driveway out in the country so he would run about halfway down it and back, 2x) 
-kids yoga videos on YouTube (i especially like this one because it’s a calming exercise and helps them to focus— i recommend Alissa Kepas on Alo Yoga, she’s very engaging with little ones) 
-bouncing on a trampoline 
-beginner karate videos on YouTube. I really like Sensei John on Global Martial Arts University. He has a very relaxed vibe while still leading you through warm-ups and some basic moves.
-kids dance videos
My kid just got diagnosed with ADHD this year and I do not want to go a medication route for treatment. I very much prefer to get him up and moving doing some of the things I have mentioned, they seem to work well for my boy and it’s easy to get his little sister involved as well so she doesn’t feel left out.
