Is there still hope?

I just used first response that says it can detect up to 6 days before a period is due. My period is in 4 days. Took the test and it's negative...do you think I could still be pregnant? I was so sure this month. I have been a moody bitch this last week. Arguing over anything and that was the same as when I was pregnant with my first.... This is so hard been trying since September and nothing is happening.

You’re not out until AF comes. While it can detect early, it will depend on when you had implantation etc as to when there’s enough HCG for a positive result. 
Typically most people will get an accurate result on day AF is due - provided you know it’s due that day due to tracking ovulation with OPKs and BBT, not just relying on ovulation date prediction from an app. Even if someone usually has a regular cycle, it doesn’t mean that every cycle will be identical.
