Period pain relief tips
Extra period pain after IUD/coil?! Is this normal.. I got told to give it 3-6 months but I can’t cope with the pain it’s been 6 months and just as bad. Doctors have had me scanned and said nothing unusual is happening but I can barely work.
Any pain relief tips?🙈 and don’t say no coffee- it’s none negotiable 😉😂
