Do you check your exes/ souses exes social media accounts?

We’ve all been there I’m sure, BUT do you still do it?

We don’t have any form of social media , we never had an issue with ex’s or people trying to hit on me or on him. We realized a lot of our time was spent on social media we would go out to dinner and instead of having a conversation we would message each other on social media whatever funny thing we would see, it was our thing sending each other funny memes or videos. We gave it a try and feel in love with the freeing feeling of not having social media our time is spent with laughs and great conversation lots of love. We are married now with baby #2 on the way we still go out and vacation and have trips and take pictures but it’s for us now not the whole world 🥰🥰🥰 nobody has time for this social media drama it’s so immature mind you we are both young I just turned 25 and he’ll be 27 in June that whole social media thing is just nonsense and causes some ridiculous problems.

I used to, very often actually. Not mine, but my boyfriend’s. I just hit a very rough patch in my life this year and struggled heavily with depression and anxiety. Thankfully, my boyfriend encouraged me to seek counseling and from there my counselor recommended me to a doctor to discuss medication. 
So now, I don’t at all. Sometimes the thought will cross my mind but I’m easily able to push it aside and think logically whereas in the past my anxiety would just hone in on that thought and obsess over it. It’s just not healthy to check on those things.

The only one I ever check out every once in a while is my daughter’s father, he is married with 2 sons and a baby girl on the way. He has a great relationship with my daughter and we (me him and his wife) coparent very well. So yeah I do his out every once in a while to see the pictures of the boys. I’m friends with his wife on Facebook and Instagram as well. But other exes in my life? No way. I don’t go to check on the trash after I’ve thrown it out
