Birth control

So I need help regulating my cycles. I haven’t had a period since October. My ob gave me provera to take for 10 days & on the third day of break through bleeding I go in for testing. They want me to try the skyla to try to help regulate my cycles. But I don’t want to be on it because i do want kids eventually. Because of my health I can’t take anything with estrogen & my primary dr wants me to get on skyla also because of the meds I take. Should I get the IUD & try to regulate my cycles or should I just let my body run its course.
