Joining the May mamas—- we made it!!!

Our June baby became a May baby by the Grace of God. We did not know if our little guy would even make it full term or survive after birth. Belly born on Sunday May 26 (5lb2oz), after a failed, medically necessary induction at 38+4, we feel so blessed to have Alexander here and thriving in NICU. 🥰 he has a rare metabolic disorder but is passing all his breathing tests (off of O2 today) and starting to take gastric food now. We are hopeful this lil nutty buddy will live a happy, long life with us. ☺️

And Alex was born with the same eyelid and forehead birth mark as his big sister Cecilia had at birth! 😍
