Hello, I have an ex that i had a summer fling with last year & we had made some sex tapes and when we broke up he was posting our content up and even if I told him to stop doing it, he still was posting it and as of a few days ago he has posted another video of me on pornhub. I really don’t know what to do, since I put a protective order against him for the revenge porn and they couldnt find him, and it stopped for a while but since he posted again, I saved all of the things that he has posted after telling him not to, so i could have proof against him. The thing is that I did some wild stuff that summer that is also illegal, but he made me do it and I’m afraid that it would be used against me, but the stuff were created by him. I am at my wits end since my face is being plastered over social media and a lot of people know who I am because of the videos. I’ve gotten depressed because of it and I am considering suicide because of it. I’m turning 22 next month and I just want this to be over with..

What can I do to press charges and is it possible for me to sue him. I am tired and ready to take it to the law. Do i need a lawyer? How can I tell my mom? What if I can’t afford one? So many questions...
