I have had a copper IUD in for 10 years and just recently got it out March 19th. My period is only 3days now and was 7days late last cycle. I take my AM temperature in bed between 3:30 am and 5:30 am due to my job. Can anyone help me read my chart?

Might have ovulated CD 19. Taking temp st different times could make it very hard to read  though.

It looks a bit anovulatory to me. Generally after ovulation you have 3 consecutive higher temps than the previous 6. That being said some womens have been known not to have higher temps after ovulation. Maybe it might be best to do ovulation texting next month?
