Early labor or normal pregnancy symptoms?

So since yesterday around 6pm I’ve been having excruciating pain in my lower back/tailbone and I can’t roll over in bed, get up or walk without my SO’s help. And even then it takes forever for me to get out of bed or move because I’m in so much pain. Then today it’s still the same & when I went to the bathroom there were a few dots of blood (not a lot but still concerning since I’ve never had spotting throughout my pregnancy & haven’t had sex in weeks so couldn’t be that). What could this be? I’m in so much pain! Btw I’m 37 weeks
