Help! I have insomnia
I've been pretty stressed lately so I think that's why, but I literally hardly slept at all last night. I've been walking around like a zombie all day today. I can't even seem to take a nap. What can I do to get some sleep?? I can't take benadryl because I'm ironically enough allergic to it.
