So im about to be 19 and i have been my boyfriend for 2 years now we went through a stage where we wanted to have a baby we tried for a whole year and nothing just my period became irregular and sometimes didn't come it would come late and i went to the doctor but because of my age they would tell me to use birth control to make it regular and it sort of did then we tried again but again nothing happened

At this point we just dont try anymore but most of all we are just scared that something mudt be wrong and i just wanted to ask what would be the best thing to do in this case?

We've decided to wait to have a baby but we still want to know what could it be
