Im 9 weeks and 6 days pregnant... every time I take a shower I start getting dizzy and cramping like if it was contractions.... this never happened to me with my first pregnancy...

Sounds like round ligament pain and dizziness is the extra blood flow

I had fainting episodes in the shower early in 2nd trimester. It was a combination of heat and low iron. I started taking my showers at night and took a prenatal with more iron and it’s helped a lot. I’m not sure why you’d be having cramps though. That might be a reason to call your doctor.
