White edges???

I am white and I have a loose curl and frizzy hair when I put it up it is so frizzy and I was wondering if it is offensive if I do my edges just so I can put it up hairspray doesn’t work for me. Opinions??? I would do it like⬇️

And use eco gel⬇️

As long as it doesn’t look like silly string glued on your face due to hair too thin for that hairstyle then I don’t think it’s offensive. I’m a non Afro Latina and we grew up laying our edges down so from my experience it’s not a strictly African American or black hairstyle.
