Drinking while TTC?

Not sure if I’m opening up a can of worms here and if this is a super taboo topic but what are everyone’s thoughts on drinking while TTC? I’m not saying tequila bottles to the face or anything but this girl needs her glass of wine! I feel so guilty during the TWW but like... life... 
I’ve given up caffeine but I can’t give up my vino just yet until that stick is pink!

I avoid drinking between ovulation and AF. Maybe a glass of wine during that tww if we go out to dinner with friends but that’s it. I’m just being overly cautious lol but if you’re concerned about it I’d just drink on CD1 up to ovulation.

I have had bright for the last 9 month ttc, not worth the risk.
But I also drank maybe on e a month before that so it isn't a big deal.

Live your life as normal. I started to give up drinking and soon realized this may take us longer than we thought. It took us 8-9 months. I’d keep drinking casually until you get a positive pregnancy test. Towards the end, I conceived once I relaxed and stopped focusing so much on ttc.

I drank wine up to bfp and never gave up coffee... you can have caffeine while pregnant

Same! Switched to decaf 😴 I feel a little guilty but it’s hard giving up that glass of red after a long day... 🙋🏽‍♀️

Deink as much as you want until you Get a positive test. It wont impact any baby at all at that point
