Tips on falling asleep earlier?


Hi everyone! I’m currently attempting to join the 5am club due to all the benefits that come with waking up before the sun (more energy, productivity, creativity, etc.). The hardest part in my opinion is not the getting up part, but it’s the getting to bed early enough to where I’m getting the right amount of hours of sleep my body needs (around 7). Does anyone here have any tips on falling asleep earlier? Since I’ve been getting up at 5am for the past week I’m already quite tired by the time it’s time to put on my blue light blocking glasses at 8pm and start winding down, meditate by 9pm, and in bed by 9:30pm. But it still takes me about 2 hours to really fall asleep. Is this just something that takes a little bit more time to adjust to? Would love any feedback!
