I had my second sweep today at 40+4 weeks I was told that I was 2cm dilated and had a favourable cervix. It also says ‘membranes bulging’ on notes which I think refers to my waters but she didn’t says anything to me? Has anyone else been in a similar position and gone into labour soon after? She said that the baby’s head was still quite high so I’m not sure if he’s ready :( My induction is booked for the 7th which feels like forever away! My baby boy was 8.8lb at 39 weeks so he’s going to be huge!
