Scared (first time mom)

Hi Everyone. This is my first pregnancy and honestly I’m freaking out right now. I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom and there was some light brown blood on the toilet paper. Is this a sign of miscarriage?? Should I contact my doctor ASAP? I’m also on vacation 13 hours away... any help would be greatly appreciated.. TIA!!
