Which insurance plan is best for coverage?

I hope this is the right place for this question... I am changing employers and will be choosing between horizon bc/bs or Aetna. Both are PPOs. Note - the company is NJ based. Any feedback on which is better to cover infertility procedures? Currently on Femara for the first cycle. Thanks!

We have Aetna PPO. Did you read on what your plan all entails? Ours is shitty but every plan and explanation is benefits is different, so yours could be better? We pay almost $300 a pay to have a high deductible plan, 2600 individual $5600 family, once we reach our deductible Aetna  pays 80% of bills. Our out of pocket max is 10,000. Our plan covers well visits, we don’t have prescription coverage and our plan does not have options to cover any out of network doctors or facilities. with this pregnancy and delivery were expecting to pay around $8,600 our selves.
