What size is considered plus sized?

I’m a size 12 and just curious as to what it’s considered?

I thought it was 16 & up but I’m not 100% sure because I’ve seen other things that say 12 & up. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m a 16 so I know either way I am.

I have seen a section of 8s in the “plus size section” at numerous stores so... honestly it’s ridiculous. I’m anywhere between an 8 and a 12 and sometimes I’m considered plus size and sometimes I’m not. Women’s sizing is stupid 🙄

I worked at Torrid and we actually sold clothing from size 10 to 30 but honestly I don't think 10 is plus size 12 and up is considered plus size in my opinion
