When to have sex?!

Okay, so my fiancé and I are trying to have a little baby of course ❤️ and well I’ve been told you need to wait 3 days between each time you do it to allow him to build up sperm count I’m confused? Like is it not best to have sex every day? I understand they have to build up sperm count yes but if I’m ovulating or in my fertility window this girl is gonna do it errrrday LOL 
HELP! I just need to know is the 3 day thing to allow the male to build up sperm count a myth?! I’ve tried googling it and maybe I’m just dumb founded idk!

You don’t need to wait 3 days. Some doctors recommend having sex every other day to allow a little time to replenish sperm, but many studies show that sex every day has the highest chance of pregnancy. If you are in your fertile window I definitely suggest sex every day. Good luck!

You dont need to wait to build up sperm. He is ALWAYS making new sperm so he will ALWAYS have swimmers ready. It actually takes about 75 days for sperm to mature, which is why he is always making more. 
Have sex as much as you want, the frequency isn't what matters. Once IS enough. The timing is. The day you have an LH surge is your most fertile day.

Both times I have conceived we did it every day for like 10 days, leading up to, including the day of ovulation and couple days after xx
