Reoccurring UTI’s

Hey ladies. So for years now, maybe 4 or 5 years I’ve been getting UTI symptoms. I went to the doctor and all they’re done for me is give me UTI antibiotics but I think this is something bigger than your typical UTI. NO I dont have an STD or STI I went to the gynocologisy and they’re never brought one of those to my attention or notified me. I just am curious on if this happening to other women as well and how did you stop it? I’ve been battling this pain and irritation for 4 or 5 years now and I take the urinary track infection azo pills way more than I should at this point😭😭😭 someone please help me what do I do 😭😭😭
