Water breaking in tub?

So I plan to labor at home for some time for my first baby as is recommended. I would like to maybe take a warm bath to ease the pain until I can go in to the hospital. Issue is, I will need antibiotics for GBS as soon as my water breaks. So my question is, would I notice if my water broke while I’m in the bath? Should I even labor at home or go right away and get the antibiotics?
