Post IUD issue

I recently had my IUD removed after almost 3 years. The removal process was SOOO much easier then the implant, just felt like a weird tickle and then it was done. Only problem is the weird tickle feeling hasn’t gone away and it’s constantly making me think I have to go pee. My brain wants to say UTI but there’s no other symptoms. I’ve called my dr to get his input since it’s only been since the removal, but I missed his call back. Any ideas? Am I totally crazy?
