nipple pimple reoccurring?

I have this pimple or whatever on my left nipple that squeezes white puss and goes flat, then comes back. It’s small and not red but GET IT AWAY!

I have one on each Nip! Have had it since I was a teen! I wonder too. but I read that they are normal and should just be left alone. I can't though, I always squeeze it because I don't want my hubbs tongue to feel my pimple lol!

It’s not a pimple. I get them too. Just leave them be. 
If your really worried you can ask your doctor.
