Made fun of her service dog?

I really don't like when people get upset with me so I can't stop thinking about this.

I was in the city walking around when my guy and I saw this super cute corgi about to walk past us and we were smiling and I noticed it was wearing a service vest. All of a sudden the owner started yelling at us and was like "ignore her shes working!!!" And my guy went "aww" and I just kinda giggled like idk I love dogs it made me happy and the lady got sooo upset she yelled again "why the fuck is that funny to you?!!"

And I was like what?

I thought she was being so rude like she was looking for a fight or something. I didn't know we cant even look at them.
