Brown creamy discharge, barely a period

Hey guys what are your opinions on this:

I haven’t had a period since February and finally started Monday. Monday and Tuesday it was very light pink and such a light flow it was only when I wiped. Wednesday was the same but I had some clotting once. I typically go through several tampons a day and have terrible cramping and back aches but haven’t used a single tampon and I’ve had zero discomfort... I haven’t even filled up a single pad, just a spot here and there!

Is this old blood or could it be IB?
