8 weeks and cramps

Not sure where to post this but need some advice. I am 8 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby and since 4pm yesterday have had period like cramps which have been pretty consistent. A dull achey pain on the left side and sometimes the right side that has not gone away. There are no other symptoms. I am seeing my midwife tomorrow but these cramps feel exactly the same as when I miscarried before. Should I wait till tomorrow to see midwife or am I right to be worried?
