Itchy hands&feet during pregnancy

My hands and feet have been itchy like crazy for the past week it got to this point that I have scratched to blood, I can’t control it when I’m asleep. It’s the worst at night I sometimes can’t sleep. I tried research online and I came across cholestasis it has very similar symptoms, my next doctor check up is not until the 27th which is like a month, I think I might just go in randomly to tell my doctor. Have any of you experienced this? How dangerous is it ?
