Dropping the Overnight Feed
My 7-month-old still does one feed “overnight,” however, she usually wakes up for it around 5:30-5:45am, then goes right back to sleep after, waking at 7-7:30am for the day. This wouldn’t be a huge problem, but she shows little interest in her 7-7:30am feed, due to her overnight feed being so close to it.
I would like to drop the “overnight” feed but I’m worried that she may not get enough calories (she’s had a bit of a weight standstill since she started moving around a lot more) or she won’t sleep all the way to 7am anymore.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
She eats solids approximately 3x per day as well, and has 5 milk feeds during the day. She goes to bed between 7-7:30pm, and is currently still on 3 naps per day.
