Food help

I’m 21 weeks and a few days and still can’t hold a full meal down. I have that constant hunger pain feeling in my stomach but can’t eat enough before I feel too sick to function.

The doctor told me I just have a sensitive stomach this time around and that there isn’t really anything to help I just have to keep trying.

What do you mamas eat or snack on?

Does anyone do protein shakes or smoothies and have that help them?

Ive only gained 2 pounds this whole pregnancy and my doctor did say I need to start putting on a little weight soon but that’s hard when I can’t eat much of anything.
