PCOS and on Metformin and Letrozole from 2 months

Hello everyone,

I am recently diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor kept me on Metformin(morning and evening) and on letrozole from day2-day6.

I am on this tablets from 2 months.last month i got my periods without taking progesterone but after 40 days of last period.

So after day 12 this month, i had done ovulation test using opk and it came put negative. I have changed my diet and avoiding carbs and going for 30 min walk daily.but since no much progress i am very much worried about my situation.2.5 years of married life and still not conceived 😔. Any suggestions to over come PCOS problem soon please🙏
