Dinner VS Breakfast
I keep hearing about how you should eat small balanced meals throughout the day and things to avoid and things to eat more of and make sure you take all your vitamins and drink plenty of water... sometimes that shit gets overwhelming and you need to eat what you’re really craving! Sooooo for dinner last night I had this....
