Freaking out

TMI!!!! Has anyone ever gotten a boil/cyst hard ball that is sore on the inside of your labia. Not like going into your vagina but just the inner lips. I was out in the heat ALL day Monday and was sweating badly and it came up Tuesday morning so I’m thinking a heat boil or something. It is under the skin and has no head of any type. Just curious if anyone has ever experienced anything like this. I’m freaking out and want it gone. I’m using warm cloths. Literally in the picture you can’t even tell there is anything there but if you feel it it’s moves around and it’s just a hard sore ball. Anyone?!?!
