Same here. Changed my underwear n put on a liner. I had no discharge for this pregnancy. And it's just clear water on my underwear. No smell. But not enough to concern me. I just don't like seeing my doctor.

Technically yes - depending on where the hole is and your movement, you could leak sporadically. Put a pad on and lie down for 30 minutes. If you stand up and the pad gets wet, that will be a good indicator that it’s your water vs urine or sweat. 
With my first pregnancy, I went to the hospital because I was sure my water was leaking and it turned out that I had just peed my pants and didn’t realize it because I was so damn pregnant 😂
