Moms who have Nuna Pipa Lite LX car seat

My daughter is 3 weeks old and we just discovered that her airway seems to appear like it’s blocked when she is in the car seat. I’ve adjusted it as best as possible. Even switched the insert I have. The seat came with 2 of them. She cries and screams while in the car seat. I’m wondering if any of you ladies noticed the same with your infant in this seat? She’s 8lbs and 20 inches last time we checked at 2 weeks old. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
