Did you change diapers when...

Question

Did you change to a cruising diaper when your babies started crawling or walking or do you still use the same diapers you always used? I’m a ftm and am clueless about just about everything 🤷‍♀️

My LO still isn't crawling, but I've always preferred and used the Huggies Little Movers. None of the Snugglers, Pampers, or Luvs fit my daughter quite right or offered the leak protection I wanted. She was on Nutramigen for the first 6 months of her life, so her poop was liquid because the formula is predigested. I needed a diaper that wouldn't let that leak out. She also is quite thick in the thigh area, lol, so I needed a diaper that could really flex around her thighs, but still offer solid protection against leaks, especially at night. 
You don't have to change diapers if you don't find it necessary. If what you're using is holding up, even with baby being mobile, just continue to use what works for you. But if you start to notice leaks, the diaper moving or stretching out too much when baby is crawling, etc., then yes, I would switch to a cruising diaper.
