How many times a day do you pump?

My girl is only 9 weeks and I've become an exclusive pumper this past week. 😭

I've been matching her in ounces she drinks, but usually not in the same amount of pump sessions versus times she eats.

I usually pump one bottle ahead of her and then I pump late at night after she's asleep (she doesnt usually need any night feeds) and then I try to get up earlier than her to be on top of things.

I usually get about 3.5-4oz per session and then between 6-8oz in the morning. If I pump every 2 hours I usually get about 2.5oz, but if i wait 4 hours i get close to 4oz.

Does this all sound good? I'm terrified of losing my supply!
