Why is it perceived that black women can tolerate pain during labor more then any other race of women? Why are we neglected after giving birth? Or given the proper medical care?

Yes I want to give birth to my children one day but the thought of me dieing because of improper medical care during or after giving birth scares me!

Even besides birth, black women are told that we are faking or lieing about our pain.
