7dpo and spotting for the second time. Please help!!

I just saw I'm spotting again. Light pink this time. Does spotting on two separate days 3 days apart mean anything? I'm starting to get discouraged.

7dpo, feel like I'm coming down with a cold. Have had sore breasts since o but they are less tender for the past two days. Cramping on o day and for about 5 days after. Had spotting 4dpo for about 3 hours then nothing. Yesterday a Lot of foamy spit (tmi) lightning bolt pains in my lady parts and arm (weird I know). Today...congested, sore, and extremely tired. Moody as hell. Sore breats and that's it. Usually have pms bloating around this I'm but nothing this far! I know it's still early, implantation may not have even occurred yet...symptom spotting is bad. Looking for a little encouragement. ☺️
