When do u start introducing food to your little one?

I went with the "once they show interest" thing, so when my daughter started showing interest in our food we started her on baby food. For us it was around 6 months old.

I introduced at 5 months. Just 1 new baby purée weekly to see if he had any reactions. By 6 months I just repeated those same ones he liked & added more and more. He loved every single type of beechnuts food there was. And hated every gerber we tried lol. Gerber is gross.
