This discharge scared me so much!

Hi Ladies

Currently I am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant and 36 years old. I have this kind of discharge only when

I have a bowel movement. Generally in the morning. Sorry for TMI. I had 2 previous 2nd trimester miscarriages. I feel I am losing the mucus which forms the mucus plug. Previous miscarriages started with this kind of

pale discharge turned to brown. My Obygyn suggested Cervical stitches but only after 12 weeks. I am really scared. Can anyone help please or may be has the similar kind of experience.
