Help! So confused

Hi guys, any advice would be super helpful at the minute I just don’t know what’s going on.

My periods are normally like clockwork, even when I’ve had miscarriages in the past my period has always turned up right on time the month after, about a week ago I started getting a few early pregnancy symptoms, started testing and negative tests, I’m now 4 days late with my period and still negative tests, I’ve tried different brands and thinking I can see faint lines on them but other half can’t see anything.
