Stressed
Summer is right around the corner,
I have gained so much weight this school year.All the stress and anger built up on me so bad.Trying to lose weight is so easy for me but the second I start stressing out BOOM I gain so much weight. A couple of days ago I noticed that I’m losing my waist line 🤦🏽♀️which had worried me.Does anyone know a way I can lose weight and stay motivated?? My self esteem and changed drastically this year.I went from a happy/outgoing girl to a sad/distant girl.
