Miscarriage after fresh transfer

I did IVF in February with a transfer March 5. We did not do PGS testing. My doctor didn’t recommended it since i am young (29) and unexplained infertility. We have 6 frozen embryos. At my first ultrasound on April 1 they found a sac but no baby so It was a blighted ovum. A week later still no baby. I went on to have a d&c. I am very scared to do a frozen transfer 😥 I’m convinced all my embryos are abnormal now. I asked about unfreezing, testing and refreezing. My doctor said It can be done but she still goes with her initial opinion on testing. It’s very expensive to do that, it’s $6000. Does anyone have advice on how to not look at every transfer as a negative experience? Or just advice in general. Thank you in advance!
