Could I possibly be pregnant?

I guess no one can for sure tell me if I’m pregnant or not but I at least need to know if it’s serious enough to take a test for considering it’s hard for me to get ahold of anyways, ( or if there’s something other that could be wrong with me besides pregnancy and need to see a doctor ). I’ve fucked this same dude twice last month and they were both a week apart and every time we were together we would go multiple times throughout the night. He didn’t wear a condom & i wasn’t on birth control at that moment bc I had stopped taking it and I’m supposed to start again this month. I’ve been hormonal as fuck, constantly peeing, craving food sometimes but a lot of the time get sick at the thought of some of my favorite foods, I never throw up in the mornings but I’ll wake up with horrible stomachaches, I sleep 24/7, & the part that scares me the most is that my “period” was about a week late and then out of nowhere there was like a very light blood color when I wiped (like a very faint red not normal period blood) so I assumed I had my period. I was wearing tampons for about 3 days and each time there was barely any blood every time I pulled it out it was almost always completely dry but still that faint orange color and that’s def not normal for me bc i usually have a very heavy flow and now I’m back to having horrible stomach pains in my lower stomach but not like period cramps and nor do I have my actual period. I don’t know what to do because I’m scared I could be pregnant but I’m too young to really do anything proper about it & find out so I’ve been ignoring the topic. Sorry for writing an essay I’m just really freaking out!!!!! Please lmk
