Threatened Miscarriage 😓 any one else with a similar situation?

I am almost 5 weeks and found out I was pregnant on May 28th. On May 11th I found out I had a cyst on my left ovary. May 31st I started bleeding reddish brown and pink, very light. June 1st I moved out of my apartment and did some packing and bag lifting, nothing too too much. By the middle of the day I was so fatigue I could no longer help move. I felt drained and extremely fatigue. By the end of the night I started having cramps and bleeding and increased to a bright red. When I woke up this morning and used the restroom there was a clot in the toilet about the size of a quarter & I was still cramping so I went to the ER. Dr did a pelvic exam and said that my cervix was closed. Had a ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound done and only think they could see is endometrial thickness. I passed a few dime or smaller clots while at the hospital. I am still currently cramping and bleeding. When I use the rest room there is blood in the toilet and when I wipe. It literally feels like I am having a period. My periods always have clots and come with this exact type of cramping. My hcg level were at 87. Yesterday my boobs were sore, today, nothing. Dr says the only way to really know if I’m miscarrying is to have my hcg levels tested in two days to see if they are going up or down.

I am EXTREMELY scared and sad. I am praying that this is just a abnormality or just what the hospital diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage and I still have time to turn things around.

I need some words of encouragement ladies 😓 I am stressing googling nonstop for the past 2 days and everything says I’m losing the baby.
